We only take appointments and cancelations by telephone. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Because of our high volume of booking, a 24 hour cancelation notice is appreciated.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more into your appointment, it will be at the discretion of the service provider as to what service can be provided. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, a re-schedule may be required.
To assure a relaxing experience for you and other customers, we ask that minor children do not accompany you unless they are receiving a service.
We would also appreciate if cell phone use is kept to a minimum.
